What is permanent jewelry?

It is chains that are customized and welded together. No need for a clasps.

What if I have to take it off?

We offer clasps.

Does is hurt?

Not at all

Can I shower with it?

Yes. 

Does it rust or turn green?

No.

Does it tarnish?

It can, when exposed to things with sulfur or salts. Examples are excessive sweat, the ocean, harsh chemicals like perfumes etc. 

Can the tarnish go away?

Yes. Wash with a light soap, dry, and buff with the provided jewelry cloth.

What if the chain breaks, can I get it fixed?

We can fix it free of charge, just book an appointment. First break is free any after that is a $20 fee. 

Is it real gold?

Yes, although it is not solid gold, it is gold filled. Meaning, it is thicker than plated but can fade away eventually depending on it's environment.

Do you have other types of metals?

Yes. we carry stainless steel and sterling silver. 

Do you offer solid gold?

Yes, now we offer solid gold at a different price range. The gold has been verified by a jeweler in San Jose. It is offered at our San Jose Studio. www.flamingopermanentjewelry.com

How long does it take?

Does it take a long time? 

No, it is about a 5-minute process.

Do you weld jewelry on babies?

Only if someone they are comfortable with is holding them and the baby is distracted. Babies are very curious and want to fidget and grab. 

Can it be extended?end

Yes, it will be a bit of a design change, and extra fees apply. 

Does it go in your skin?

No
